Why Book With Us?

Service Fee Structure

Our first and only priority is our clients. Unlike most travel agencies, we do not prioritize selling travel products because of commissions many of them pay to travel agents. We only book travel suppliers that we trust and that can provide the best travel experience for our clients. Our travel planning and associated fees allow us to provide objective and unbiased travel planning and advice to our beloved customers.

Our Planning Fees For NEW clients:

Cruise or Escorted Tour – Fee free
Custom Vacation – A $250 one-time, non-refundable trip planning fee per household. This fee is collected at the time any bookings are confirmed.

For ALL clients:

A $50 ticketing fee will be applied to each airline ticket booked through our Air Desk.
A $50 administrative fee will apply for re-bookings after payments have been processed. This fee does not apply to minor changes to existing bookings, upgrades, or adding components to an existing booking.
All non-commissionable bookings will be charged a 10% service fee (Example – Rail Tickets).
Excursion bookings which will be charged a fee of $15 per excursion per person or a flat $39 a person for multiple excursions.
Bookings canceled after final payment, will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 3% of the booking total. We strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance as these policies can reimburse most cancellation fees under covered reasons.

How We Work Together

We are in the office and can be reached by phone or in-person Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. If you contact us outside of office hours we are happy to respond to a voicemail or email once we get back into the office. We prefer requests or inquiries via email. We can be reached after hours for in-travel emergencies only.
